Electric Suspension Crane

The electric single-beam suspension crane is a light crane working with the Model CD1, MD1 electric hoist or chain hoist as the lifting mechanism. The suspension crane is traveling suspended under the I-beam. Generally, this crane has a standard lifting weight of 0.5 tons-5 tons, a span of 2m to 19m, and an electric hoist running speeds of 20m/min and crane traveling speed 30m/min. It can be customized by non-standard.

Application: This electric suspension crane can be used in the fields of machinery, assembly line, warehouse, etc.

Control: Pendant control

Working Temperature: -25~40℃

Note: It is forbidden to work in an environment with flammable, explosive and corrosive media

Manual of Electric Suspension Crane:

Before Use:

1. Before start, operator shall check the hooks, wire ropes and safety devices, making sure all these parts are in normal status.

2. The operator must confirm that there is no one under the crane or on the track before starting the power.

During Use:

When hoisting a heavy object for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the weight shall be lowered to the ground again after lifting a height of 0.5m, and the brake performance shall be checked.

After Use:

1. Raise the hook to a certain height, stop the crane at the designated position, and place the controller pendant at the zero position; and cut off the power.

2. Daily maintenance to the crane.

3. Shift handover.
