LDP Single Girder Overhead Crane with Side-Mounted Hoist

The hoist of LDP type crane is mounted on the side of the girder to increase lifting height and reduce workshop cost. So this crane can be installed in low clearance and it is the best choice for users who needs max lifting height in the case of the height of workshop is limited.

Installation Steps:

1. The fixing rod and the two side brackets are fixed by nuts.

2. The cross arm and the guide wheel are connected by bolts and nuts.

3. The counterweight and the cross arm are integral, and the material of the counterweight and the cross arm is cast iron.

4. The gear meshes between the gear and the groove of the gear track.

Features:

1. By adding a counterweight, the design keeps the center of gravity of the side-mounted trolley body near the main beam girder, and solves the problem that the center of gravity of the side-mounted trolley body is biased to the right of the cross arm side ends, thereby solving the problems of wear between equipment.

2. A roller is added at the bottom of the main beam assembly. This design increases the stability of the side-mounted trolley body structure, and solves the problem of unstable fixing of the side-mounted trolley body and easy deviation from the track.

3. Due to the adopting of side rollers, this design reduces the friction between the side-mounted trolley body and the main beam assembly, and solves the drawbacks of wear between the side-mounted trolley body and the side of the main beam. This crane is easy to operate wtih good stability, high reliability, and reduced labor intensity.
