Automated Guided Vehicle 100 Tons

This Automated guided vehicle model Z1-100T made by Weihua is featured with big size and large capacity, with load capacity of 100 tons. The full-load speed can reach 0.5m/s. This AGV is designed with advanced motion control technology to allow it to complete the handling work safely and stably.

The Z1-100T heavy-duty AGV with the robot dispatching system can realize the intelligence and flexibility of material handling and transfer, so that the handling task will be with higher adaptability and flexibility. The product can replace trucks, heavy rail cars, and manual transporter cart and so on.

The AGV transfer car can be widely used in industries and fields such as machinery, electric power, aerospace, ports, automated warehousing, logistics and distribution. 1. Autonomous Navigation:

This automated guided vehicle uses visual navigation technology to drive along a pre-calibrated route and cooperate with the ground station to automatically run between stations.

2. Long Battery Life:

The built-in 1600Ah battery allow it run continuously for 8 hours with only 1-time charge.

3. Laser Anti-Collision:

It is equipped with 2 anti-collision lasers at front and rear, with a maximum scanning angle of 190°, it can realize the anti-collision function of decelerating and then stopping after an obstacle is detected within 5 meters.

4. All-Wheel Drive

There are 8 driving wheels in total in the whole vehicle, which are precisely controlled by PLC. Each driving steering wheel set provides powerful power for the whole vehicle.

5. Big Load Capacity:

With a load capacity of 100 tons, the multi-vehicle parallel technology can meet the needs of large-tonnage cargo transportation.
