After two years of intense construction, infrastructure such as smart light duty crane workshops, smart material preparation workshops, electrical assembly workshops, bulk materials workshops, office buildings, restaurants, etc. were successfully completed in accordance with the planned schedule; 3 intelligent coating line, 1 girder production line, 3 end carriage automatic robot welding line, and a large number of automated, intelligent, and green process equipment and production lines are put into use; the MES system construction is completed by using big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies The manufacturing execution MES system realizes the full life cycle management of the product; the self-developed artificial intelligence crane AICrane has been put into operation, and a world-class green, intelligent, customized, networked logistics equipment manufacturing base and modern smart factory are coming into being.
In 2021, the relocation of Weihua's factory to the Smart Industrial Park is a sign that Weihua will unswervingly follow the path of green and intelligent development, realize intelligent transformation, green transformation and technological transformation and upgrading, and promote Weihua transformation and upgrading.
