Casting Cranes/Ladle Crane
Casting cranes are key equipment in the continuous casting process of steelmaking. They are mainly used for transporting molten iron from the converter charging bay to the converter; in the refining bay, they lift molten steel ladles to the refining furnace; or in the molten steel receiving bay, they lift molten steel onto the continuous casting ladle slewing platform. Weihua designs and manufactures casting cranes that are technologically advanced, structurally innovative, safe and reliable, economical and durable, and easy to maintain. The following functions can also be provided as optional accessories according to customer needs: 1. Rotatable gantry hook lifting device. 2. Variable hook spacing gantry hook lifting device. 3. Forging Cranes
Forging cranes are one of the main pieces of equipment in large-scale forging manufacturing processes. They are used for lifting and turning metal billets, and, by incorporating buffer devices, to prevent damage to mechanisms or structural components caused by impact loads. Forging cranes mainly come in two structural forms: double-beam, double-rail, single-trolley and triple-beam, four-rail, double-trolley.
Clamp Overhead Cranes for steel coils, steel plates, and structural steel
Clamp cranes, with clamps parallel to the main beam, are used in fixed spans, indoors or outdoors, in steel mills, shipyards, ports, storage yards, and warehouses for loading, unloading, and handling steel slabs, profiles, and other materials. They are particularly suitable for lifting slabs of different specifications. Different clamps can be equipped to meet the lifting requirements based on the specifications (thickness, length, number of sheets, etc.) and weight of the materials being lifted.
Upon customer requirements, the following can be provided: speed adjustment for each mechanism (1:10 or greater), overload and alarm functions, remote control, PLC control and fault detection, and display systems.
