Features
1. Bridge: The main horizontal beam(s) that travel on the runway rails. It can be a single girder or double girder design.

2. Electric Hoist: The lifting mechanism, consisting of a motor, drum or chain, wire rope/chain, and hook. It moves across the bridge (trolley travel).

3. Overhead Crane Trolley: The carriage that carries the hoist and travels laterally along the bridge.

4. End Trucks: Located at each end of the bridge, they house the wheels that allow the entire crane to travel along the runway rails.

5. Runway: The system of rails (usually mounted on girders) installed along the length of the building, on which the crane travels.
