K series crane gearbox has the characteristics of less noise, long service life, wide transmission ratio coverage, accurate transmission ratio, and reasonable distribution.

Input mode of this gearbox: direct motor connection, belt connection, gear connection, coupling connection, sprocket connection and other connection methods.

Output mode: It can be output by solid shaft or hollow shaft.

Installation forms include foot installation, torque arm installation, flange installation, hollow shaft installation, and small flange installation.

1) It can be combined with the r series helical gear reducer to form a multi-stage reducer, and the maximum transmission ratio can be extended to 32625;

2) Combination with servo reducer (customer needs to provide servo motor size drawing, customized according to motor size);

3) Similar k series reducers can match motors of various powers;

The reducer with input shaft connection without motor, or the gear reducer with open input end can be provided, which can be combined at will by the customer.

5) The model parameters of the reducer of the k reducer: There are 12 models of the k reducer, which can be combined with the r series helical gear reducer to form a multi-stage reducer.

Transmission ratio: 5.36—32625

Output torque: 200～50000N m

Output speed: 0.13～265 r/min
