On the afternoon of April 29, on the occasion of the May 1st International Labor Day, the Group Party Committee held the 2022 "Weihua Dream·Labor Beauty" model worker symposium in the 103 conference room of Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park to convey the relationship between the Xinxiang Federation of Trade Unions and the Changyuan Federation of Trade Unions Regarding the spirit of the May 1st Labor Award and Worker Pioneer Commendation Documents, we should give full play to the leading role of the Weihua model worker group, inherit the model worker spirit, labor spirit and craftsman spirit, help young employees establish correct values and growth goals, and strive to become outstanding industrial workers in the new era.

Based on his own work experience, Yu Youfei profoundly clarified the connotation of model worker spirit, labor spirit and craftsman spirit, and put forward five requirements to the Weihua workers: First, listen to the party and follow the party.
