Weihua new Chinese gantry crane:
This series of cranes is designed in accordance with the FEM standard design concept, guided by modular design theory, using modern computer technology as a means, and is completed with new materials and new processes according to the high-temperature production environment of the customer's application site. It is a new type of double-girder gantry crane that is highly versatile, intelligent and high-tech.
Technical features:
☼ Low headroom structural layout, adopting the structural type of double beam deflector and light winch trolley;
☼ The whole machine has low height, light weight, small hook limit and large working range;
☼ Using high-quality, high-quality components such as hard-tooth surface reducers, special frequency conversion motors, compacted wire ropes, steel reels, forged wheels, etc., the products are durable, safe and reliable;
☼ The whole machine has variable frequency speed regulation, smooth starting and braking, effectively protecting the hoisted objects and reducing potential safety hazards;
☼ The total installed power (energy consumption) is reduced by about 20%, saving energy and reducing emissions;
According to Liu Yuzhu, regional project manager of Weihua Group, the steel group is a large-scale integrated steel enterprise integrating coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, and steel rolling. Based on customers' recognition of the advanced technology and excellent performance of Weihua's products, Weihua has once again taken orders for gantry cranes and other projects from the steel group after the completion of six new Chinese-style gantry cranes.
