In order to improve the company's hazardous waste emergency management and rescue level and the emergency response capabilities of all employees in environmental emergencies, on September 15, Henan Weihua's Safety and Environment Department, Warehousing Department and Production Department jointly organized a waste mineral oil leakage emergency response drill.
This drill simulated the process of workers transferring waste mineral oil, and the oil drum holding the waste mineral oil tipped over, causing the waste oil to leak. After the incident occurred, the workers immediately reported the on-site situation to the company's emergency headquarters in accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Environmental Incidents" process. On-site disposal personnel wore labor protection equipment and rushed to the scene with disposal tools to contain the leaked waste oil. Faced with the sudden fire caused by the waste oil leakage, the disposal personnel controlled the situation promptly and effectively and successfully completed the drill.

After the drill, Dai Yanyun, deputy director of the Manufacturing Management Center, affirmed the overall effect of the drill and pointed out its shortcomings. The sealing of the container holding waste mineral oil needs to be strengthened, the timing of fire extinguisher spraying is not accurate enough, and vehicles should be prohibited from passing at both ends of the road. Dai Yanyun emphasized that only drills that are more realistic can avoid real conflicts.casualties and property losses in the incident.
