1. Delivery of a 350t metallurgical crane for a project in Fujian
In the golden autumn of October, a 350t metallurgical crane for a project in Fujian was successfully delivered. This product has a large lifting tonnage, complex production process, and high manufacturing precision. Since taking on this project, the corresponding person in charge has followed up and implemented every link from drawing design, raw material selection, production plan formulation and execution, etc., and ultimately rewarded the trust of customers with efficient production cycle + high-quality products + high-standard services.
The Weihua 350t casting crane in this project adopts a four-beam, six-rail, double-car structure. The main hoisting reducer is integrated with the frame. The manufacturing process of overall annealing and overall processing ensures the installation accuracy of gears, bearings, motors, brakes, etc., making the crane operation more stable.

3. A 550t gantry crane from a research institute in Guangdong is launched
On October 18, the loading of a 550t gantry crane from a certain research institute was completed, and the transport fleet drove out of Weihua Industrial Park with heads held high. Their destination was Guangdong, thousands of miles away, and they were about to contribute to the country's scientific and technological research.
This crane is our company's first large-tonnage (550t) double-main beam U-shaped gantry crane, used for lifting large equipment. The main lifting mechanism adopts double lifting points (275-275t), and the entire trolley adopts lightweight design. Due to the large span and high main beam, in order to facilitate transportation and installation, Weihua's process and production departments jointly determined the best process production plan, and also accumulated rich assembly experience for the future manufacturing of such large products.
