The project includes three 320/80/15t-25m casting cranes and two 320/80/15t-31m casting cranes. It has been successfully put into metallurgical production operations in the customer's workshop.
The five casting cranes all adopt a four-beam and four-rail layout. The main reducer has a straight structure, which makes the crane operation more stable. The main trolley and the large trolley wheel set are interchangeable. The trolley runs four-wheel drive, which is safe and stable, ensuring safer operation at full load and for a long time. In addition, it has the following characteristics in electrical design:
1. The system has a redundant control function, enabling rapid switching of single mechanism failures to ensure safe production and operation for 365 days;
2. The system has a variety of safety warning functions, including smoke detection warnings, safe area operation warnings, remote wireless intercom and other functions;
3. The system has its own life detection system, which has life monitoring and fault record diagnosis and analysis of reducer vibration, motor temperature and various electrical equipment.
