In the "wartime state", they stuck to their posts and worked hard. When they were sweating profusely, they received a little bit of coolness and care. On the morning of June 26, Weihua Co., Ltd. organized the "Bring Coolness into the Workshop in Hot Summer" event. Executive Deputy General Manager Xie Baohua, Deputy General Manager Ma Huiyan and other leaders sent herbal tea, watermelon and other cooling and heat-relieving materials to frontline workers.

At the event, Xie Baohua pointed out that heatstroke prevention and cooling measures are the top priority in summer production and life. As the temperature gradually rises, company leaders have given important instructions to employees' production and life. First, teams should try to avoid hot periods when working. The administrative center will promptly adjust workers' meal times according to the needs of the team. Second, the company is gradually installing large ceiling fans and other heatstroke prevention and cooling equipment in the production workshop to improve the employee working environment. At the same time, it has added a number of air-conditioned locker rooms to meet employees' needs for changing clothes and taking temporary breaks. Third, on the premise that the working environment has been greatly improved in summer, the company's heatstroke prevention and cooling subsidies will still be issued as usual. It is hoped that all employees will devote themselves to production work with fuller enthusiasm for work and a higher spirit during the "100 Days of Wartime" activity.

Since the beginning of summer, the company has set up multiple refrigerated freezers in workshops and restaurants, with unlimited supply of ice cream, mineral water and other cold drinks. In addition, the company has also prepared heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Water and Suxiao Jiuxin Pills for the team to ensure the safe production of front-line employees.

During the event, more than 12,000 kilograms of watermelon, more than 6,000 bags of herbal tea and other heatstroke prevention and cooling items were distributed to frontline employees.
