It has high precision, small welding deformation, and increases production efficiency by more than 20%, realizing mass production and interaction of components.The interchangeability requirements lay a solid foundation for the transformation of gantry cranes into standardized and mass production. Wu Qingfu presided over the establishment of a robot welding workstation for the inner seam of the main beam of a general-purpose bridge crane, which is suitable for the welding of 64 standard products.
