Xie Baohua made an in-depth summary and analysis of the quality management results and existing problems of each system in the third quarter. Xie Baohua pointed out that a series of quality activities such as skills competitions were carried out this quarter, and various systems responded actively and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, problems such as the lack of theoretical quality of front-line employees and the inactivity of individual teams in participating in activities also emerged. At present, the company's quality situation is still severe. It is hoped that the relevant person in charge will investigate, verify and rectify the corresponding issues to ensure that quality responsibilities are compacted and quality management is standardized. In the future work, the company must continue to improve the quality and safety management system, strengthen the team of outstanding craftsmen, improve quality and safety management capabilities, go all out to promote front-line production to speed up, improve quality, and improve efficiency, and use excellent quality to increase the power of grabbing orders.
Niu Pengchao, Director of the Quality, Safety and Environment Center, summarized the progress of the Quality Month activities. Niu Pengchao pointed out that this quality month has carried out a series of activities such as special quality inspections, quality training, skills competitions, etc., with wide coverage and high employee participation, laying a solid foundation for the improvement of the company's overall quality level. Experience should also be summed up and corrected for problems such as insufficient publicity and improper connection of the skills competition process during the event. It is hoped that in the future work, all staff will continue to implement design optimization, process innovation, quality improvement, standardized production and other tasks, so that the quality concept will be rooted in the hearts of every Weihua employee.
Wang Shuang, deputy director of the Quality, Safety and Environmental Center, read out the list of commendations and commended 15 outstanding individuals and teams in the skills competition, 13 advanced quality individuals, 2 advanced quality teams, 3 advanced safety teams and 10 safety pacesetters.
