In order to conscientiously implement the national safety production policy, a series of activities for the 22nd national safety production month with the theme of "Everyone pays attention to safety and everyone knows how to respond to emergencies" are carried out to enhance the safety production awareness and risk avoidance and escape capabilities of all employees. On May 31, the Quality, Safety and Environment Center held a launch meeting for safety month activities. Xie Baohua, CEO of Henan Weihua, Niu Pengchao, director of the Quality, Safety and Environmental Center, as well as leaders at all levels of the production system and all part-time safety officers attended the meeting.
Xie Baohua summarized the current situation of the company's safety management and required all units to start from the details and steadily improve the company's safety management level. Emphasize caring for employees, pay special attention to ensuring employees' rest conditions during high temperatures, and actively implement heatstroke prevention measures. At the same time, all employees are encouraged to carry out safety initiatives and publicity, hoping that in the future work, everyone will become a communicator, supervisor, pioneer and beneficiary of safety production, and use practical actions to protect the health, safety and happiness of all employees.
Niu Pengchao deployed safety work, requiring leaders at all levels to think about the current safety management status and find the safety management method that is most suitable for their unit. By elaborating and expanding on the "unity of knowledge and action", he clarified the basic premise of safe production so that every employee knows the rules they must abide by to better ensure the smooth realization of the company's safety goals.
At the meeting, the "Changyuan City 2023 Safety Production Warning Education Film" was collectively watched. Feng Yongqiang, Minister of the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection, read out the "Henan Weihua 2023 Safety Month Activity Plan", reminding everyone to adhere to safety first and prevention first, continue to strengthen safety red line awareness, promote the implementation of safety production responsibilities, effectively improve the quality of risk hazard investigation and rectification, and effectively enhance the strong will and ability to find and solve problems.
The production leaders of each center and division, as well as representatives of departments and teams, made speeches. They reflected, summarized, formulated plans and arranged for implementation in June on how to work hard to strengthen self-management, keep in mind the rules and learn safety knowledge, and improve the sense of responsibility to be the first responsible person.
