Technical Features
1. The main lifting mechanism adopts 275+275t double lifting points, which can work alone or at the same time. It is equipped with a synchronous control function and can realize simultaneous lifting and lowering;
2. Each mechanism adopts frequency conversion + PLC control to achieve slow speed at full load and fast operation at light load, with stable lifting and operation, small impact and low noise;
3. The whole machine adopts lightweight design, and the steel structure adopts finite element analysis and design to meet the strength and stiffness requirements. It has compact structure, light weight, small wheel pressure and low energy consumption;
4. The traveling mechanism of the cart adopts a multi-stage balance beam and trolley combination structure. The trolley and balance beam are connected by Huff hinges to ensure that each wheel is stressed evenly.
