Cui Peng, Chairman of Henan Weihua, expressed his gratitude to all employees who stick to the production line and conducted an in-depth analysis of the current quality situation of Henan Weihua. Cui Peng pointed out that in recent years, Henan Weihua's products have served a large number of national key projects, carrying heavy responsibilities, and the market competition environment has undergone major changes. Xie Baohua emphasized that during the hot summer season, the team should continue to carry out basic knowledge of heatstroke prevention and cooling and heat stroke first aid knowledge training, strengthen the management of flammable and explosive materials, and ensure the life, health and safety of front-line employees. Issue high-temperature allowances to front-line employees
Henan Weihua attaches great importance to the prevention and cooling of employees in summer. At the meeting, Chairman Cui Peng and other leaders distributed a total of more than 530,000 yuan in high-temperature allowances to all team members in June. High-temperature allowances will continue to be issued in July and August, focusing on safeguarding the health and related rights and interests of workers working in high temperatures, and ensuring the health and safety of employees during the summer.
