With its industry-leading R&D strength and innovation capabilities, Weihua developed the 2000t rail-mounted gantry crane for the first time in response to the complex working conditions of this project, with a total lifting height of 90m and a span of 62m. It adopts a double trolley design and is in production The manufacturing process adopts AWS standards, which can ensure the safe lowering of hoisted heavy objects to the ground under extreme circumstances, realize zero-speed braking of each mechanism, reduce the load caused by impact to zero, ensure the stability of the operating mechanism and lifting mechanism, and meet the requirements of equipment installation accuracy.

For the special working conditions and requirements of offshore wind power equipmentTo meet the demand, the 2000t rail-mounted gantry crane adopts four lifting point synchronous lifting technology to ensure the synchronous operation of each lifting point. It is also equipped with an industry-leading crane management and safety monitoring 5G data information management system, which can realize overall data statistics, real-time monitoring of product working conditions, historical data query, rapid repair of product faults, predictive maintenance of equipment and other functions.

The Lufeng Marine Engineering Base Hydraulic Engineering (Dock) Project is located in Jieshi Town, Lufeng City, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. The total investment in the project is approximately 750 million yuan. It is planned to build 2 docks, 1 The design and construction of the pier includes one 8,000t heavy-duty berth, one 5,000DWT heavy-duty berth, and one operation and maintenance berth. The total length of the breakwater is 1,355 meters. After the terminal is completed, the annual designed throughput capacity is 1.444 million tons. It is an important supporting project for Shanwei Lufeng Marine Engineering Base.

Shanwei Lufeng Marine Engineering Base is a key project in Guangdong Province. The project covers an area of approximately 149 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 320,000 square meters and a sea area of approximately 45 hectares. It is planned and designed with an average annual supporting equipment capacity of 750,000 kilowatts. It is currently the largest offshore wind power home port in China.
