Recently, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Postdoctoral Management Committee of Henan Province and the approval of the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, the Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Weihua Group was approved to independently recruit postdoctoral researchers, becoming one of the six units in Henan Province approved to independently recruit postdoctoral researchers.

Since the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation was approved for establishment in 2010, Weihua Group has attached great importance to the quality of workstation construction, innovated management models, and provided full support in terms of scientific research resources and project funds. It has introduced 19 postdoctoral researchers to the station, and 14 people have left the station. The current number of people working at the station has reached 5.
Since the establishment of the station, 19 postdocs from the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation have focused on the green and intelligent development of the lifting industry, focusing on the "stuck neck" core technology, and published 65 papers of various types, including 34 included in EI and SCI; applied for 23 patents, including 11 invention patents; and won 4 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards. They have played an important role in major scientific research projects, cutting-edge technology and other fields, and have become an important part of Weihua's high-level scientific and technological talent team. Due to its perfect system construction, standardized management, and completion of project tasks on time, the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation has been rated as an outstanding postdoctoral workstation in Henan Province 7 times.
The approval to independently recruit postdoctoral researchers is an important achievement in Weihua’s postdoctoral management work.To break through, this will further expand the autonomy and flexibility of our group's postdoctoral recruitment, further improve the accuracy of talent introduction, the effectiveness of talent training and the matching of talent use, so that more high-level scientific and technological talents can be integrated into the development of the manufacturing industry and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
