In the design stage, software (ANSYS) is used to simulate and analyze various operating conditions of the product, and adjust the load-bearing stress so that the product has wind resistance, earthquake resistance, anti-collision and anti-overturning capabilities.

The lifting drum adopts a double-layer parallel winding structure, and is set with a rope arranging device. It prevents the wire rope from jumping due to excessive deflection during the lifting process, and ensures safe operation.

Each mechanism adopts a frequency conversion electrical control system, which has the functions of load balancing, high-precision positioning, and automatic outrigger correction. It can realize slow speed with full load and fast operation with light load, which effectively solves the problem of safe switching of multiple working conditions such as simultaneous lifting of multiple hooks and independent lifting of a single hook.

Equipped with a safety monitoring system, it has various functions such as management of job tasks and operating parameters, status monitoring, recording, tracing, alarm information sound, and image display.

The whole machine is equipped with elevators and emergency ladder passages. Drivers and maintenance personnel can reach the driver's cab, high and low electrical control rooms and the upper part of the main beam via escalators or elevators for easy entry and exit.
