The spreader is an indispensable key component of the crane and can accurately complete various complex and delicate operations. The container spreader used in this project has an automatic tipping function. No external power supply is required. It is powered by its own battery pack and can achieve a 70° tilt in 60 seconds.
Compared with traditional spreaders, this container spreaderadopts a fully hydraulic drive system, with a more compact structure and lighter weight. It is equipped with a twist lock mechanism and a door pressing device, which not only has excellent performance, but is also safe and reliable. Compared with traditional spreaders, its operating efficiency has been improved by more than 30%, and its energy saving effect has reached more than 20%.
