In order to improve the safety awareness of workers working in limited spaces, familiarize themselves with and master emergency response procedures and measures, and ensure the orderly advancement of production work, on the morning of May 25, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department and the Production Department jointly organized the first emergency response drill for poisoning accidents in limited spaces.
The drill uses a practical mode to simulate accidental poisoning scenarios for workers in a limited space. After the accident occurred, relevant personnel immediately started the emergency plan and carried out the procedures in an orderly manner according to timely reporting to the company, alerting and evacuating people, transferring and rescuing poisoned people, and making emergency calls, so as to complete the rescue work in the shortest time and minimize the casualties and property losses caused by production safety accidents.

Dai Yanyun, deputy director of the Manufacturing Management Center, summarized and commented on the drill. Dai Yanyun pointed out that the limited space poisoning emergency response drill was Henan Weihua's first drill for this type of accident. From the occurrence of the accident to the end of the rescue, the entire process was tense and orderly. Relevant personnel responded quickly, commanded effectively, and coordinated in place, which verified the effectiveness of the limited space poisoning drill plan. Regarding the shortcomings of this drill, Dai Yanyun emphasized that emergency supplies should be stored in a fixed location and employees should be informed of the clear location to avoid delays in rescue when an accident actually occurs.
This drill improved the emergency rescue accident handling and coordination capabilities of limited space workers, enhanced employees' awareness of safe work, consolidated the weak links of limited space operations, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent safety production work.
