1On January 8, Henan Weihua held the 2024 Lean Project Summary and Talent Certification Conference. At the meeting, the lean project promotion work throughout 2024 was summarized, and lean talent certification certificates were issued to outstanding employees who performed well in lean project work and successfully passed the lean review and assessment.

The lean management method has been fully practiced and applied. The lean mechanism and process management have been initially established, and the lean management model of Henan Weihua has been successfully created.
