In response to the theme of the National Work Safety Month "Everyone pays attention to safety and knows how to respond to emergencies", to enhance employees' fire safety awareness and improve self-rescue prevention capabilities, on June 20, Henan Weihua specially invited firefighters from Changyuan City to organize a fire evacuation emergency drill. Xie Baohua, CEO of Henan Weihua, served as the general commander of the drill.

This drill simulates a scene where a fire in the company's dormitory building triggers an alarm and relevant personnel evacuate from the fire. Participants are divided into evacuation alert groups and fire fighting and rescue groups. The drill includes fire information monitoring, personnel evacuation, on-site fire fighting and handling, etc.

At 7:10 pm, the drill officially started. The fire linkage system is activated, and the audible and visual alarm devices on each floor send out evacuation signals. The evacuation warning team organizes the evacuation of people on each floor, arranges ambulance vehicles and medical supplies, and implements warnings at various intersections to prevent irrelevant vehicles from entering. The fire fighting and rescue team arrived at the scene with fire extinguishing equipment and put out the fire in the "burning" room. Accommodation staff on each floor arrived at the designated location to assemble in accordance with the evacuation guidelines. In the end, the fire was contained, and each group completed the drill quickly and orderly.

Xie Baohua, CEO of Henan Weihua, affirmed the effectiveness of this drill. Xie Baohua emphasized that for enterprises, doing a good job in fire safety is an important guarantee for the lives and property of all employees, and is the key to promoting the healthy development of the enterprise. The alarm must be sounded continuously and unremitting efforts must be made. At the same time, Xie Baohua pointed out that this drill had shortcomings in terms of the response speed of personnel evacuation. In the future, relevant departments should continue to improve emergency procedures and fire prevention plans, identify and correct deficiencies, ensure science, pragmatism, and effectiveness, and ensure the achievement of Henan Weihua's annual safety goals.
