Hou Wensheng clarified the business development direction of the Port Machinery Bulk Equipment Division in the second half of the year when deploying the work. Hou Wensheng asked the business department to continue to track and improve the five issues and solutions discussed in this symposium, so as to implement the results of the symposium and avoid empty talk.
Hou Wensheng said that this symposium exposed the weaknesses in the management of the business unit, allowing everyone to reach a consensus on the core issues of the business unit, and determined that the focus of the next work is to lay a solid foundation, solve management shortcomings, and strengthen the integration of the business unit team.
