The Jingzhou coal-rail-water combined transportation storage and distribution base has four major functions: logistics distribution, emergency reserves, coal blending and processing, and coal trading. It is a key construction project in Hubei Province. With an annual coal throughput of 50 million tons, it will become the largest coal trading center and storage center in Central China. The official opening of the first phase of the project marks the emergence of an important logistics node in the national "Northern Coal Transportation" strategy.
