The 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit will be held in Beijing
On the morning of September 6, Tanzanian President Hassan, who was in China to attend the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit, met with Li Guoqiang, Chairman of Weihua Group, and Wang Xi, Vice President of Weihua International, in Beijing. They had in-depth exchanges on Weihua's development layout and project cooperation in Tanzania.

During the meeting, Li Guoqiang introduced Weihua's industrial layout, R&D capabilities and key projects in Tanzania to President Hassan in detail.
Li Guoqiang said that under the guidance of the strategic consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Hassan, China-Tanzania cooperation has achieved fruitful results and has become a good example for China and Africa to achieve common development. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tanzania, we are eager to bring Weihua’s core products, rich experience and cutting-edge technology to Tanzania, support Tanzania’s prosperity and development, and continue to contribute to China-Tanzania cooperation.
President Hassan warmly welcomed Weihua Group’s active participation in the construction and development of Tanzania. At the meeting, heads of various ministries and commissions in Tanzania responded one by one on cooperation in relevant business sectors, and the two parties agreed to start further work communication as soon as possible.
