The Z1-100T heavy-duty AGV independently developed by Weihua is characterized by large size and high load-bearing capacity. It can carry 100 tons and has a full-load transmission speed of up to 0.5m/s per second. This product applies Weihua's own motion control technology to allow the AGV to complete the handling work safely and stably.

Z1-100T heavy-duty AGV uses visual navigation technology to drive along pre-calibrated routes and cooperate with ground stations to automatically operate between workstations.

It has a built-in 1600Ah battery, which can drive continuously for 8 hours on a single charge.
# Laser anti-collision
Equipped with two anti-collision lasers at the front and rear, with a maximum scanning angle of 190°, it can detect obstacles within 5 meters and realize the anti-collision function of first decelerating and then stopping.
#All-wheel drive
There are 8 driving wheels in the whole vehicle, which are precisely controlled by PLC. Each driving steering wheel set provides powerful power for the whole vehicle.
