Digital factory smart logistics scenario application based on 5G+IoT technology:
Weihua Group’s digital factory smart logistics scenario application based on 5G+IoT technology uses 5G network in the factory to build a full link of logistics and transportation equipment in the factory, promotes the deep integration of 5G modules with machine vision, lifting logistics equipment, and industrial AGV, forms a network deployment model that integrates information technology networks and logistics and transportation control networks, and promotes the 5G+ industrial Internet platform to serve factory logistics and transportation.
Digital factory 5G networking:
5G network and base stations are deployed in the automated warehousing factory of Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park to achieve low-latency and high-reliability 5G networking for the logistics equipment digital factory.
Upgrade material handling equipment:
Install 5G modules on the core material handling equipment in the factory, connect high-altitude logistics handling equipment (cranes), low-altitude material transfer equipment (stackers), and automatic navigation vehicles (AGV) to the 5G network, and upgrade the control and data transmission of the equipmentsystem to create 5G+ intelligent logistics equipment.



Establishing a smart logistics dispatching and command platform:
Through 5G+ intelligent material handling equipment, the mixed bearing of millisecond-level delayed industrial control signals and high-definition camera video data on the 5G network can be realized, and remote control and high-definition video backhaul of cranes, three-dimensional warehouse stackers, and AGVs can be realized. Combined with WMS, ERP, MES, SRM and other business information systems, the entire process of logistics terminal control, parts storage, transportation, sorting and other operations can be automated and intelligent, and the smart factory logistics and transportation network can be upgraded.

Through digital factory 5G networking, upgrading logistics handling equipment, and establishing a smart logistics dispatching and command platform, a trinity of high-altitude, low-altitude, and ground material handling application scenarios in the factory based on 5G+IoT technology will be formed, which will greatly reduce logistics transportation costs, improve logistics management capabilities, increase material transportation efficiency by 30%, reduce material transportation costs by 20%, and reduce error rates by 10%.
In the next step, Weihua will further enrich the existing functions of "digital factory intelligent logistics scenario application based on 5G+IoT technology" and conduct in-depth development of 5G+ industrial Internet technology.Application development and practice, based on "5G+AI algorithm", optimize and improve the digital manufacturing efficiency of the lifting industry, promote the "supply-side reform" of the lifting industry, and create the leading domestic 5G application scenarios for the lifting industry.
