01 Rugao Hongmao Cast Steel Project
● Weihua provided two 500t bridge crane products for the Hongmao Cast Steel Project in Rugao City. It innovatively proposed a dual-mechanism lifting scheme. The trolley adopts a one-to-one structure. Through finite element structural analysis and repeated verification, the bridge structure was selected.
● The bridge crane is composed of 8 groups of large trolleys, using 32 wheels. The distance between the outermost wheels is 24 meters. The trolleys use an oversized 13.9-meter track gauge, which can well meet the customer's requirements for wheel pressure customization and factory working conditions.
02 Indonesia Tsingshan Holdings Project
● The main girder of the crane in this project adopts a deflection box girder design, and the entire vehicle adopts finite element analysis and optimization design to reduce the total weight of the crane and reduce the overall height of the crane.
● The whole vehicle adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which has a wide speed range, stable braking, and small mechanical impact. The cart adopts an 8-wheel structure, which can effectively reduce the wheel pressure of the crane.

04 NGC Wind Power Huai'an Project
● The project product adopts a new Chinese structure, reasonable drum diameter, pulley group magnification and reducer support structure, which makes the hook operating service area of this machine significantly larger than that of ordinary bridge cranes, improves the utilization rate of the plant, saves a lot of civil construction costs, and also makes the technical indicators of the plant in line with the international advanced level.

05 Jiangyin Golden Boy Petrochemical Project
● The product specification is 200t/50t. The main beam adopts a deflection box beam, and the cross-sections are calculated using finite element stress analysis. The trolley adopts a trolley unit to reduce wheel pressure and protect the factory building. Operation adopts three-in-one decelerationMotor, low failure rate.
