1. This machine adopts a new four-beam, four-rail and double-car rigid bridge structure, and its working level reaches A8;
2. The weight is reduced by 10% compared with similar products, and the height is reduced.25% lower and 25% smaller in width; the product can be used in ambient temperatures of -40°C to +60°C;
3. Using a new type of towing cable power supply device that is resistant to high temperature radiation, it can operate reliably under high temperature radiation conditions of thousands of degrees;
Technical features of 90+90 tons feeding semi-gantry crane:
1. This product is a special feeding semi-gantry crane for steel plants. The lifting capacity of the whole machine is 90+90t, the lifting height is 24m, and the working level is A8;
2. The product has been newly designed to address problems such as limited production space, high risk factor of skewed lifting when feeding materials, and excessive angle of the wire rope, and is an innovative product for the company;
3. Adopting a three-beam and four-rail structure, two sets of independent lifting mechanisms are designed on a single trolley, equipped with a special four-point gantry hook spreader. The two lifting mechanisms can realize the hopper dumping and feeding functions through their independent actions;
4. Conduct finite element optimization and verification calculations on the overall structure to simulate the actual operating conditions of the crane. The dead weight and wheel pressure of the complete machine are reduced by 10% compared with similar products;
