All units of the group immediately carried out "Quality Month" activities in various forms to continuously improve the company's quality management level, promote the company's high-quality development with new results in quality management, and welcome the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions and outstanding achievements!
1. Focus on training and improve quality awareness
In order to establish a strong awareness of quality first, continuously improve quality levels, and vigorously create a good atmosphere in which "everyone cares about quality, everyone pays attention to quality, and everyone improves quality", all units of Weihua Group fully implement the group's quality work deployment, using theme training, various conferences, micro courses, and banners In various forms, we promote typical cases on "finished product quality, process quality, maintenance quality" in an all-round, multi-level and multi-channel manner, report quality trends, tell quality stories, spread quality concepts, create a quality atmosphere, continuously improve employees' quality management capabilities, and promote the overall improvement of corporate quality management levels.

The quality inspection department organizes training and learning for each team member in batches, so that front-line employees can master product production requirements, understand existing problems and improvement measures, so as to standardize operations during the production process and improve product quality.
2. Pay attention to practice and implement product quality requirements
All units of Weihua Group combine the actual production and focus on all major aspects of product production to carefully identify the main issues that restrict product quality, do a solid job in quality improvement, and ensure high-quality completion of the "Quality Month" topic research goals; through special skills competitions and other forms, they stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees and further improve the professional and technical level of employees, thus providing a strong guarantee for the company to create higher-quality products and services.
During the training on coating requirements and logo spraying specifications, the Quality Control Department conducted special skill training at the production site in aspects such as rust removal, primer, topcoat application, and logo spraying process requirements.
Weihua Construction held a masonry practical skill improvement competition at the Junzifu Beiyuan project, based on the criteria of block layout, verticality, flatness, masonry look and feel, etc., to further stimulate employees' enthusiasm and initiative to improve their skills.
3. Strict management and improve product integrityBody mass
In order to effectively improve product quality and improve the quality management awareness of all employees, the Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection Center of Weihua Group responded actively and organized technology, process, production, quality inspection, after-sales and other departments to set up a joint product quality inspection team, and went deep into the front-line teams to carry out comprehensive quality inspection activities. In response to the problems discovered during the inspection, a process for quality problem discovery, feedback, and follow-up inspection was formulated on-site. Through quality inspections and problem rectification, we further improve employees' quality awareness, thereby driving the company's overall quality level to improve.
The Quality Safety and Environmental Protection Center organizes technology, process, production, quality inspection, after-sales and other departments to set up a joint product quality inspection team, which goes deep into front-line teams to carry out comprehensive product quality inspection activities. The inspection scope covers large vehicles, small vehicles, paints and accessories; the inspection content includes parts assembly quality, structural parts welding quality, paint coating quality, product inventory protection quality, etc.
