In recent years, Weihua has actively responded to the major concerns of all walks of life on the intelligent and digital upgrading of logistics handling equipment, deeply integrated the new generation of information technology with traditional manufacturing warehousing and logistics scenarios, and concentrated on the research and development of applicable products. The recently delivered key project in the warehousing industry is another successful example.
This project includes 35 intelligent handling equipment (latent jacking AGV). A single product can carry 1000kg, has a positioning accuracy of ±10mm, a running speed of 1.2m/s under load, and 8 hours of high-intensity battery life. It has strong power, flexible movement, and accurate positioning. It is mainly used for the transfer of entire pallets of goods and whole-piece picking, which greatly reduces the handling intensity of finished product incoming and outgoing workers and improves operating capabilities.

It has the function of dynamic traffic management, automatically matches the most suitable AGV to complete the task, and automatically generates the optimal path to improve operating efficiency.
2. Automatic obstacle avoidance and safety protection
Using laser sensing obstacle avoidance detection method, it will automatically bypass the faulty object to ensure that the equipment does not collide with other facilities during operation.
3. Automatic charging, worry-free use
It supports online fully automatic charging, and the host computer system monitors the remaining power of all AGVs throughout the process, with 1.5h fast charging.

Manual operation, tablet remote operation and system automatic operation can be used and can be switched freely.
5. Safe braking and flexible adjustment
The safe braking distance is within the range of 0~800mm and can be freely adjusted according to the actual operating conditions.
