Recently, Henan Weihua International Business Center has sounded the service rally call and launched free door-to-door inspection services for international customers in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, kicking off the "Weihua Lifting Global Inspection" activity.
This event is expected to last 75 days, cover a distance of 68,000 kilometers, and carry out 20 customer focused training sessions to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate. It will turn the idea of proactive service into a journey of creating value for customers and practice the concept of product life cycle management.

The "Weihua Hoisting Global Inspection" activity aims to provide professional and customized services focusing on customer needs, equipment use and other aspects, conduct preventive repairs and maintenance of equipment, improve equipment safety and stability, ensure the smooth operation of lifting products, and create greater value for customers.


m Inspection content
In this event, the Weihua International after-sales service team will conduct a comprehensive inspection and thorough overhaul of Weihua's lifting equipment, especially the key safety parts of the lifting products. They will take photos and record the discovered problems one by one, organize and file them, and conduct safe operation training for customers, so that customers can feel more confident about using Weihua products.
