On the morning of August 19, the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation Assessment Meeting was held in the conference room of the administrative office building. Four postdoctoral fellows passed the assessment after on-site defense. Among them, 2 postdoctoral fellows passed the mid-term assessment and 2 postdoctoral fellows passed the outbound assessment.

The review team discussed the contents of the reports of the four doctors. While affirming the research results of the project, they gave objective comments on the project based on the research needs and technical application environment, and put forward valuable suggestions for improvement on the shortcomings.
After full discussion and deliberation by the review team, it is believed that Dr. Dong Qing and Dr. Wang Kan have completed the research on the closed-loop design method of the crane metal structure based on the limit state method and the research on the crane safety system based on UWB/INS fusion technology with high quality. Based on the actual needs of the enterprise, they have achieved the expected theoretical goals and have practical guidance value for the enterprise. Dr. Dong Qing and Dr. Wang Kan are agreed to pass the outbound assessment. The research content of Dr. Li Xuewei and Dr. Su Jinhu met the mid-term progress requirements of the project plan, and they agreed to pass the mid-term assessment.

Since the establishment of the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation in 2010, 20 postdoctoral researchers have been introduced to the station, 14 have left the station, and the current number of people on the station has reached 6. In 2023, the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation will be approved to independently recruit postdoctoral researchers. Due to its perfect system construction, standardized management, and completion of project tasks on time, the Weihua Group Postdoctoral Research Workstation has been rated as an outstanding postdoctoral workstation in Henan Province many times.
