Round tube belt conveyor
The DG550X627m round pipe belt conveyor used in this project has a length of 627m, a conveying capacity of 2500t/h, a belt speed of 4.8m/s, and a pipe diameter of 550mm, which is the largest specification in the industry.
1. This equipment uses large-span trusses in many places, including 36-meter, 69-meter, and 77-meter trusses. The truss design has reached the domestic advanced level.
2. The arc-shaped adjustable baffle, adjustable corner chute and self-falling dust guide trough are adopted to effectively reduce dust.
3. The round tube conveyor belt adopts intelligent detection safety baffles at the tube forming part to prevent tube expansion and effectively ensure the safe and balanced operation of the equipment.

Four-link gantry crane
The two MQ4045 gantry cranes included in this project are multi-purpose four-link gantry cranes that Weihua has recently officially put into operation at the northern seaport terminal, marking a new level of Weihua Port Machinery’s delivery capabilities and providing a solid foundation for the company’s position in the port machinery industry.Develop and make new achievements.
1. Adopt a boom structure design with the best stability and the smallest level difference of the weight during the amplitude change.
2. A multi-purpose portal that integrates electric rotating hooks, grab buckets and container spreaders, with high loading and unloading efficiency.
3. It has four major mechanisms of lifting, luffing, rotating and traveling. It can perform individual or combined actions of lifting, rotating and luffing within the working range.
4. It can complete safety protections such as emergency control, pedestrian collision avoidance, same-track collision avoidance, grab bucket anti-collision, and over-limit detection, making the crane operation safe and reliable.
