1. Winning the bid - a nearly 200 million project for a casting company in Ningbo In the first half of 2022, Weihua Co., Ltd. received frequent good news. The most eye-catching one is that after fierce bidding, Weihua successfully won the bid for a large order worth nearly 200 million from a casting company in Ningbo with its strong strength. Weihua's products in this project include new Chinese-style bridge cranes, 40-meter long-span casting cranes, electromagnetic bridge cranes, single-girder equipment, etc., totaling 147 units. At present, the project has entered the delivery stage, and multiple sets of products have been delivered to the customer's site.

2. Departure - Fujian Qingtuo Project 350t metallurgical crane Departure On July 5, the first 350t metallurgical crane in the Weihua Fujian Qingtuo project was officially launched. Nine large transport vehicles loaded with huge casting bridge cranes and their accessories drove out of the Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park and headed towards the customer's project site.
It is reported that the Weihua 350t casting crane in this project has a span of 37 meters. The whole vehicle adopts a four-beam, six-rail and double-car structure. The main hoisting reducer and the frame are integrated. The manufacturing process of overall annealing and overall processing ensures the installation accuracy of gears, bearings, motors, brakes, etc., making the crane operation more stable.

IV. Operation - hoisting operation of the stator of the generator set of the Shanghai Temple Project in Inner Mongolia On July 3, Weihua lifting equipment assisted in the smooth hoisting of the stator of the million-ton generating set of the Shanghai Temple Project in Inner Mongolia, marking the successful completion of another important node of the project.
The two cranes used in this operation adopt innovative electrical control solutions to achieve advanced crane performance, optimized parameters, rapid matching, safety and reliability, fully control the size and weight of the trolley, reduce the height and shape, and improve the utilization rate of the factory. It is especially suitable for hoisting and transportation in power plants with limited size, high precision, and high safety requirements.
