Recently, the intelligent grab crane system of a project in the coking industry was successfully put into operation, overcoming the technical problem of "explosion-proof + toxic gas + high-temperature water mist". The system spans two 10t automatic grab explosion-proof cranes, which can realize the functions of laser scanning intelligent focusing, out-of-focus fixed-point blind grabbing, and weighing and quantitative loading. The two cranes work together to achieve coordinated grabbing and unloading of coke in the same area without interfering with each other.
No.2 real-time monitoring The system includes fully automatic operation mode, semi-automatic operation mode, and remote manual operation mode. It is equipped with 10 cameras to monitor the scene in real time.
No.3 Improve the environment The system effectively solves the problem of unclear vision and inability to operate caused by high-temperature water vapor in the coking pool. It monitors the crane's position and working conditions in real time through the host computer management system, while avoiding contact with harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide on site, improving the working environment of on-site personnel.
