The "Industrial Internet Platform for Lifting and Logistics Equipment Industry" built by Weihua Group using big data to accurately manage mechanical welding arms and material handling.
Niu Li, director of the Digital Technology Center of Weihua Group, said proudly: "Whether it is domestic or foreign, with signal support, as long as the machine fails, the big data center located in Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park in Changyuan City can promptly alarm and send out a failure signal."
It is understood that after the platform detects a fault, it can use product data visualization, digital twins and historical data playback to accurately analyze and locate the cause of the fault, and through remote debugging of the equipment, the fault can be eliminated as soon as possible and the equipment can be restored to normal operation.
At the second China High-Tech Expo, Weihua Group "joined hands" with Shugen Internet and China Unicom Henan Branch to create an "Industrial Internet Platform for the Lifting Logistics Equipment Industry" using Internet of Things and cloud computing technology to provide upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry with system solutions for equipment Internet of Things. By using the platform, Weihua Group has realized the full life cycle management of lifting equipment, united cranes in various regions, built a national and even global integrated system network, realized remote operation and maintenance, fault warning and processing, increased product added value, and effectively reduced equipment management costs, equipment maintenance times and equipment failure rates.
