From September 24th to 25th, the "2021 China's Top 500 Enterprises Summit Forum" was held in Changchun City, hosted by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, co-organized by the Jilin Provincial People's Government, and hosted by the Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Jilin Provincial Department of Commerce, and the Changchun Municipal People's Government.
With the theme of "New Journey, New Mission, New Action: Fully Promote the High-Quality Development of Large Enterprises", this forum released lists of the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises, the Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises, the Top 500 Chinese Service Enterprises, the Top 100 Chinese Multinational Companies, and the Top 100 Chinese Strategic New Enterprises in 2021.

According to the list analysis, the operating income of the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies in 2021 has maintained steady growth, totaling 40.24 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.51% over the previous year; the asset scale has grown rapidly, and the total assets of the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies in 2021 have been 44.33 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.12% over the previous year. The entry threshold has reached a new level, reaching 11.09 billion yuan, an increase of 1.02 billion yuan from the previous year, an increase of 10.13%.

In 2021, the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies achieved a total net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.179662 billion yuan, a significant increase of 20.98% over the previous year. The net asset profit margin rebounded to above 10%, reaching 10.21%, and the revenue profit margin also reached a new high in recent years, at 2.93%. The asset-liability ratio fell slightly again,It was 60.88%, a decrease of 0.69 percentage points from the previous year, reaching the lowest point since the "13th Five-Year Plan".
