In the workshop, steel rolling, welding, spraying... With the help of a series of automated equipment, cranes are rapidly taking shape; outside the workshop, quantity trucks are lined up in a long queue, pulling brand-new equipment to be transported to all parts of the country.
On the one hand, it is producing and on the other hand, it is beautiful. In Weihua Group, these two different words, industry and park, are magically blended together.
As a traditional manufacturing company, why is it so “green”? It is understood that manual painting process was once widely used in the production and painting of lifting equipment. Later, in order to reduce pollution, it was changed to manual roller painting. However, the shortcomings are also very obvious. During the natural drying process, the problem of volatilization of toxic gases in the thinner has not been solved, which still poses a great threat to the health of workers and the environment.
To this end, Weihua Group has connected with relevant equipment manufacturing companies, transformed the fully automatic painting production lines used in the automobile manufacturing industry, and customized 6 production lines suitable for the painting of crane main beams, realizing fully enclosed and independent operations in pre-processing, spraying, drying and other processes. While environmental protection standards have been improved, production efficiency has also been improved.
Nowadays, all painting production lines use machine operations, and it only takes 30 minutes to complete the painting operation of a crane's main beam. Compared with manual operations, the painting production efficiency has increased by more than 8 times. Thanks to the application of automated processes, energy consumption such as water, electricity, and gas has also been reduced. The operating cost of the spray production line has been saved by about 15% compared with traditional production lines. At the same time, the quality of spraying is more stable and precise, and the appearance quality of the product is more guaranteed.
