It carries out emission control from the source, process and end, and realizes fully enclosed and independent operations in pre-treatment, spraying, drying, forced cooling and other processes. In the intelligent coating production line, the capture rate of waste paint mist generated by spray painting reaches more than 95%, and the exhaust gas treatment efficiency can reach more than 98%; noise reduction measures are configured to ensure that the ambient noise around the operator does not exceed 85dB.
