On the morning of February 20, the Henan "Strive for a New Journey, Build a New Era" interview group visited Weihua Group and visited the "light experience" of producing heavy equipment under scientific and technological innovation.
Cranes and loaders are common large-scale equipment in ports and terminals, and they are also good helpers in industrial production. So in the workshops that produce these "Big Macs", are there many workers busy with them? In fact, this is not the case. When I walked into the production workshop of Weihua Group, I discovered that digitalization and intelligence are the core strengths here.
To complete the customized design and drawing of a personalized crane, it takes at least two days in most peer companies. However, at Weihua Group, relying on the digital design system independently developed by the company, the staff only need to enter the corresponding parameters into the computer according to the customer's needs, and it can be completed in just ten minutes. It is not only fast but also has many types. It can quickly design 28 types of cranes, basically covering all common crane types.
