Weihua Group is a well-known manufacturing enterprise in Xinxiang City, Henan Province. In the group's workshop, there used to be more than 50 people working on a production line. Now, robots operate, and the number of people on a production line has been reduced to 10. The production cycle has been shortened by 70%, but the production efficiency has increased by 80%. A crane can be rolled off the line in one hour. "High-quality development depends on technological innovation. We have made great efforts to implement lightweight, intelligent, and green transformation. The independently developed lifting equipment has been welcomed by the market and has also been exported abroad." Han Hongan said.
At present, there are more than 1,200 crane machinery and supporting companies in Xinxiang City, solving the employment problem of 100,000 people. "We must stick to our main business, strengthen our industry, more consciously follow the path of high-quality development, implement the 'market strategy + talent strategy', and make greater contributions to building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry," said Han Hong'an.
